Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled under the following conditions:
- Before production has commenced (within 24 hours of order confirmation)
- If there are significant delays from our end beyond agreed timelines
- In case of product defects or quality issues
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed in the following scenarios:
- Product defects identified within 7 days of installation
- Incorrect product delivery that cannot be rectified
- Cancellation before production commencement
Custom Products
Custom-made products (curtains, blinds made to specific measurements) are generally non-refundable unless there are manufacturing defects or errors from our side.
