Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled under the following conditions:

  • Before production has commenced (within 24 hours of order confirmation)
  • If there are significant delays from our end beyond agreed timelines
  • In case of product defects or quality issues

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in the following scenarios:

  • Product defects identified within 7 days of installation
  • Incorrect product delivery that cannot be rectified
  • Cancellation before production commencement

Custom Products

Custom-made products (curtains, blinds made to specific measurements) are generally non-refundable unless there are manufacturing defects or errors from our side.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
